Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update:

Your safety and that of your family and friends is our priority and as such we are continuing to monitor the situation and are following all industry standards.  Each of our cottages or vacation homes is cleaned and disinfected with industry approved products and our cleaners take the upmost care to make sure that you are staying in a clean and safe environment.

Effective April 4, 2020, the Government has temporarily banned short rentals for a period of two weeks with the possibility of an extension should the current situation not improve.  As such we will not be able to take any reservations for that period.  Please email with your requests and once we are able to accommodate new reservations we will be in touch with you.

We look forward to welcoming you to one of our properties.  Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Heading to the Cottage in the Winter?

Here are a couple things to keep in mind:

Winter in Cottage Country is truly a different Canadian experience from the city experience. There tends to be more snow, so snow tires help.  That being said, there is nothing like a fresh snowfall in Cottage country.

Look around and you will find yourself walking through a Christmas card. Pristine snow on the hills and snow covered trees sparkling in the sunlight.

Being prepared to make the most of the experience is key, as is a willingness to make the most of what you find and where you are.  Layer up and get outside to experience the great outdoors away from the pressures of city life. Build a snow man or go tobogganing with the kids, or just go for a walk and look for animal tracks in the snow.

While some may joke about Canada and all our snow, we love it!  Come on up and enjoy our Winter Wonderland!
